What you need:
- Scissors
- Fabric, preferably light weight (I used left over lace)
- Earring hooks (too some from an used pair of earrings)
How To:
1. Fold your fabric over, so that there are two layers, and cut a circle. The circle doesn't have to be perfect at all, and the size is up to you

2. Lay out circle on a flat surface (For reference, my circle was 9x7'')
3. Pinch the center of the circle
4. Open small bendable circle and put through the center of the fabric
