El Cat's Meow: The Jungle

So when I went to meet up with Martha to look for a location to shoot, this jungle caught my eye. It was behind Martha's dorm, by the train tracks. At first Martha wasn't really bought on the idea of this location, but after taking a test shot, the result was so great that it changed her opinion! A little funny story: next to the location which you can't see in these pictures, there was a school police car stationed right by it. I was a bit worried that he was going to come out of the car and say: "Hey! What you kids doing!" how I imagined it would be the same way the culprit in Scooby Doo would always say the infamous line: "Yeah I would of gotten away with it too, if it weren't for these....you get the where I am going." However, he didn't so that saved Martha and me the embarrassment- thankfully!

During the session, I saw a pile of rocks and other cool stuff in a pile, so what did I think to myself? Maybe I can climb it! Once I actually got my first foot on a rock, I somewhat regretted my hasty decision (climbing rocks with a 5" heel maybe not the best idea), but in the end still came out on top! I guess it was a little personal achievement! Or possibly it was a natural instinct for the Leo in me to be Queen of the Jungle! Okay lame, I get it. I'll save you all from my corniness so I'll finish the post with that.
